These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 3k vlp ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the services made available at 3k-vlp.ws, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer services, promotional offers, and all associated payment facilities.

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree", or by continuing to use the 3k vlp platform after these Terms have been published or updated, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform and refrain from accessing any of its services. 3k vlp is operated as an international online gaming platform and is made available to players in Bangladesh under the English-language interface at 3k-vlp.ws. All transactions on the platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).

1.1 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English and the English version shall prevail in all matters of interpretation. Any translation provided for convenience does not constitute a legally binding version of these Terms.

1.2 Amendments to Terms

3k vlp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via a platform notification or email to your registered address. Your continued use of 3k vlp following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version.

1.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity of one provision does not affect the validity of any other provision.

To be eligible to register and use 3k vlp, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your continued use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Players must be 18 years or older to create an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or claim any bonus or promotional offer.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual person, not as an agent, trustee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, and it is your sole responsibility to determine whether participating in online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of 3k vlp, or a close family member of any such person, unless prior written permission has been granted by 3k vlp management.
• You must not have previously had an account closed or suspended by 3k vlp for breach of these Terms.

2.1 Age Verification Process

3k vlp requires all players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before any withdrawal request is approved. As part of this process, you will be required to submit a valid government-issued identification document showing your full name and date of birth. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by the relevant Bangladeshi authority. 3k vlp reserves the right to suspend access to a player's account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of age verification.

2.2 Underage Account Closure

If 3k vlp determines, at any time, that an account holder does not meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years, the account will be closed immediately without prior notice. Any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be forfeited. Where a deposit was made using a payment method registered to a third party (for example, a parent or guardian's bKash or Nagad account), 3k vlp may take additional steps including reporting the matter to the relevant payment service provider.

To access the full range of services on 3k vlp, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred payment method details. The provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on 3k vlp at any given time. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. If 3k vlp identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same person, all associated accounts will be suspended, any bonuses credited to those accounts will be voided, and any winnings generated through the use of duplicate accounts may be forfeited at 3k vlp's discretion.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 3k vlp recommends selecting a strong, unique password and enabling any additional account security features available within the platform settings. You agree to notify 3k vlp support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

3k vlp shall not be held liable for any losses, damages, or consequences arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security, including losses resulting from access by any person to whom you have knowingly or unknowingly disclosed your credentials.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

3k vlp operates a mandatory KYC verification programme as part of its commitment to player safety and anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or at any other time 3k vlp deems appropriate. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested may result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality or closure of your account.

4.1 Deposits

Deposits to your 3k vlp account may be made using any of the supported payment methods available in the cashier at the time of transaction. Currently supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction unless a specific promotion states otherwise. You must only use payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits made from payment accounts registered to third parties may be refused or reversed, and any winnings derived from such deposits may be voided. 4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification and must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 2–6 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. 3k vlp reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal request.

Any bonus funds credited to your account must be fully wagered in accordance with the applicable bonus terms before a withdrawal of those funds — or any winnings attributable to them — can be processed. Attempts to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the removal of the bonus balance from your account prior to processing.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

3k vlp is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of criminal activity through its platform. All accounts are subject to transaction monitoring, and 3k vlp reserves the right to delay, refuse, or reverse any transaction it suspects of being connected to money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful activity. In such circumstances, 3k vlp may be required to report the activity to relevant authorities without notifying the account holder. Deposits must represent funds from legitimate personal sources; the use of 3k vlp to move funds of unlawful origin is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and referral to appropriate authorities.

3k vlp offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. 5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms, all bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount combined with the bonus) must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal of the bonus or bonus-derived winnings is permitted. 5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent until wagering requirements have been met. 3k vlp reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time, to modify the terms of an active promotion with reasonable notice, and to void any bonus — together with winnings derived from it — if it determines that the bonus was claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or the individual promotion's terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; systematically wagering only on outcomes that minimise risk in a manner designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay; using automated tools or third-party services to complete wagering requirements; colluding with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. 3k vlp takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Any account identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have all associated bonuses voided and may be subject to permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses and associated free spins are subject to an expiry period as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them that remain subject to wagering requirements after the expiry date will be removed from the player's account automatically. 3k vlp is not obligated to provide advance warning prior to bonus expiry beyond the terms stated at the time the bonus was awarded.

By using 3k vlp, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. You accept full personal responsibility for all activity carried out through your account. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3k vlp platform:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, fraudulent, or disputed payment methods; providing false personal information during registration or KYC; impersonating another person or entity.
• Collusion and match-fixing: Conspiring with other players, team members, officials, or any third party to influence the outcome of any game, match, or event available for betting on 3k vlp.
• Use of automated tools: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence agents, or any software tool designed to automate gameplay, exploit platform vulnerabilities, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Money laundering: Using 3k vlp as a vehicle to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds of illegal origin or to otherwise engage in any financial conduct that violates applicable anti-money-laundering laws.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent or unjustified payment chargebacks or reversals in relation to deposits made to your 3k vlp account. Any account subject to a chargeback investigation may be suspended immediately pending resolution.
• Harassment: Using any communication features of the platform to harass, threaten, abuse, or intimidate other players or 3k vlp staff.
• Intellectual property infringement: Copying, reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from any content owned by or licensed to 3k vlp without prior written authorisation.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and, where applicable, referral of the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities. 3k vlp reserves the right to take whatever steps it deems appropriate to protect the platform, its players, and its commercial interests from prohibited conduct.

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your 3k vlp account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closing your account, you should withdraw any available balance. Once a closure request is submitted and confirmed, your account will be deactivated. 7.2 Suspension or Closure by 3k vlp

3k vlp reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; use of prohibited software or exploitation of a platform error; underage gambling; or any conduct that 3k vlp reasonably considers harmful to the platform, its players, or its reputation.

In the event that an account is closed by 3k vlp for a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited at 3k vlp's discretion, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where closure is initiated for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, 3k vlp will endeavour to return the verified real-money balance to the player's registered payment method.

7.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 3k vlp may, after providing reasonable prior notice to the email address associated with the account, apply an inactivity administration fee at a rate disclosed in the fee schedule published on the platform at the relevant time. If an account balance reaches zero as a result of inactivity fees, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate an inactive account by logging in and completing any required re-verification steps.

3k vlp provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure that the platform operates without interruption and that all games, sports markets, and payment facilities function correctly, we do not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may temporarily affect platform availability.

8.1 Game Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or software fault that affects the outcome of any game round or bet, 3k vlp reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the relevant stakes to the player's account. Winnings obtained as a direct result of a technical malfunction are not considered valid and will not be paid out. 3k vlp's determination of whether a malfunction has occurred is final, subject to any applicable formal dispute resolution process.

8.2 Exclusion of Consequential Losses

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3k vlp, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, interruption of service, or any other commercial losses. Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.3 Third-Party Services

3k vlp integrates third-party services including game software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and payment processors (including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay). While we select our partners with care, 3k vlp is not responsible for the conduct, availability, or technical performance of third-party services beyond our reasonable control. Any dispute relating specifically to the functionality of a third-party game or payment service should be directed to 3k vlp support, who will liaise with the relevant provider on your behalf.

8.4 Responsible Gaming Acknowledgement

By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you participate entirely at your own risk. 3k vlp is not liable for any financial losses you incur as a result of gambling on the platform.
